Highlights for gourmets
A holiday in South Tyrol is synonymous with delicious tastes. Starting with breakfast, which we will bring directly to your chalet, until dinner. Not far from us, you can find traditional trattorias or elegant restaurants able to satisfy every desire; Whether it's local recipes, Mediterranean cuisine or a wood-fired pizza, the dish is served! If you prefer to prepare something independently, we can recommend food shops in neighbouring towns. There, you will find quality local products, fair trade as well as cold cuts and organic meats, great for a barbecue!
For your very first breakfast, we will give you a gift basket with regional products: bread, milk, coffee, tea, butter, jam and honey.
For the following days you are on your own and can shop in the village shop.
Would you like to delight in the authentic flavours of tradition? Then head over to see Ilse at Köfelehof - we often go there too - she will be happy to welcome you and cook you a meal. If you are looking for a classic recipe, here are some examples: her excellent "tortei" and the best lasagna – using the finest products from her farm.

Try our new Finnish sauna in the woods; like a mini chalet, it accommodates up to six people. Spend relaxing moments in a warm and aromatic space overlooking the surrounding landscape. Between sessions, you can stay on the terrace. A great way to refresh and reactivate the circulation!
